What Can You Tell Us About This space?
The GraytRoom was recently renovated and is now a blank canvas for your creativity! It is the perfect space for photographers, event planners, influencers, makers, and of course party people who need space to host a social gathering. We encourage creative collaboration and styled shoots too. The GraytRoom is available to rent by the hour.

Is There On Site Parking?
We share a parking lot with 2 other tenants and are allowed 4-6 parking spaces within the Grayton Beach Plaza. Any overflow parking should be directed toward the FREE public parking lot directly across the street.
How Do We Access The Space?
We will provide you with instructions on how to access the property using a designated temporary keyless entry code. This will be sent via email.
What if I need to set up decor before my guests arrive?
Please be sure to add any additional prep time to your rental period. Standard hourly rates will apply.
Can we bring caterers or set up food trucks?
Yes and Yes! The parking lot (2-3 spaces) directly in front of our entry can be used to set up tents, food trucks, mobile bars, pop up carts and other items. We also welcome catering companys to set up inside or outside as needed.
Can We Set Up A Bouncy House?
Probably. Let’s chat Please ask us before booking a bounce house for your event!
Can We Use The Space For Photo Shoots?
YES! We encourage photographers or videographers to use this space as needed. The front wall is filled with floor to ceiling windows that allow for perfect natural light photography. We encourage anyone and everyone to use this space for styled shoots, brand shoots, portraits, content creation and more.
